What if your current struggles and fears are there to wake you up?
To show you what you are truly capable of?
Chris Janzen is a master certified coach, mentor and trainer that has helped thousands of professional, success-minded men who feel stuck, stagnant and burned out to get their career mojo back and take control of their lives.
His deep research and front-line experience of training and coaching professionals across five continents combined with a genuine, heart-led desire to serve, is unparalleled.
“Working with Chris Janzen as my coach has been transformational.”
– Chris H., CEO, Technology Solutions
I know this is a lofty promise but after coaching and training more than 10,000 people it’s clear that whatever rut, hardship or unhappiness you’re experiencing — even if it’s been going on for years — you can get out of it.
And you can do that faster and easier than you imagine.
You see, there are patterns that cause men to lose their confidence, drive, direction and sense of self. Those same patterns cause them to question their abilities and fan the flame of their fears — fears of not achieving their career aspirations or simply finding work that is meaningful, fulfilling and aligns to their values or passions.
I’ve met men who worry they’ll never rekindle their drive and ambition or achieve their potential. And those who struggle with setbacks and silently suffer the stress and anxiety that comes from wondering how they’ll be able to provide the lifestyle their family deserves.
But more importantly, I’ve learned the strategies, tools and mindsets that enable and empower men to get back in control, grab hold of the steering wheel and reclaim what they want in their career and lives.
To own their mind. To own their direction. To own their power.
To do that in the most authentic and congruent way as a man of honor and integrity. With the right guidance and commitment, all that can happen quickly.

“We had multiple high profile speakers during our week long ‘Leadership Edge’ program for our most talented managers and future leaders in Europe, Middle East and Asia. It was a risk bringing in someone we haven’t used before but Chris exceeded our expectations. His energy and insightful ideas were a hit. At the end of the week it was the most talked about session and Chris was voted “Best of the Programme”. We’d be delighted to have him at our next event.”

Real men who are also husbands, fathers, brothers and uncles. Men who love their families and want to be a strong role model for their children and communities.
These honest conversations make it clear that men are facing new challenges in today’s world. Challenges to our identity, our masculinity, our career paths, roles and sense of purpose.
When a man is not strong, grounded and centered, it is easy to shrink from these challenges. To play small. To lower his expectations of himself. To act as the “victim” and feed his fears.
Yet when he learns how – and trains himself – to come from a place of strength, determination, courage and purpose, he realizes he has the power to change, overcome the obstacles and rise above his circumstances. He can chart his own career path and create the lifestyle he’s always dreamed of.
The entire game changes when you accept that all challenges are there to serve you. To cause you to grow, expand and elevate what you are capable of. To learn more about yourself. To contribute beyond yourself. To create an impact that turns into a legacy.
“At 49 I was depressed and wondering ‘is this all there is?’ At 51 after working with Chris I feel like I’m just getting started in life, that my 50s can be the best decade of my life – everything is possible again!”
– Neil H., Director, Manufacturing Engineering
I’ve always believed that as we get older our dreams, ambitions, desires should become MORE, not less. We deserve to have even more excitement for the future, want more from our life, and be able to contribute more to people with each passing decade.
Every man deserves to experience his full potential and to experience a full, richly rewarding life.
It’s an honor and a privilege to help men every day to break through their limitations and conquer their fears in order to step into their greatness, do work that matters and become the man they are meant to become.

Inspired by people who push the envelope of what’s possible and live life by design, Chris is someone who walks the walk.
His top priority and biggest love is his family. His wife and business partner Sarah, and his young sons Brock and Bode continually keep him grounded and connected to his clear sense of purpose.
In 2019 he lost both parents, rather quickly to cancer. Happily married for 53 years, they were important role models for servant leadership and dedication to family, friends and community. A stark reminder that life is short and health is the foundation for everything, Chris dedicated himself to transforming his health and physical body and being in the best shape of his life for his 50th birthday.
Yet it’s more than the physique. It’s what it represents: commitment, pride, discipline, peak performance, potential. It’s what it provides: energy, vitality and strength for his family, clients, business and ambitions for the next 50 years.
Chris has been sporty since he could walk and now uses sport as a vehicle for pushing the edge of what he is capable of – physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. He has won championships in five sports including 3 times as National Champion, competed in the Ironman triathlon, run marathons and ultramarathons in Europe, Africa and the US and climbed to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro.
One of his early mentors, his high school basketball coach, Ken Walsh, suddenly passed away the day before Chris’ final year. Mr. Walsh’s final entry in his personal journal, just days before passing, was “Life is short, but it’s wide”.
Chris continually strives to live a wide life and inspire others to grab hold of their dreams, pursue their potential and experience a full life with total joy and true fulfillment.
